Izabela brings more than two decades of experience in the security and life safety industry, with expertise spanning physical security, integrated security technology, fire and life safety systems, enterprise risk management, and strategic business development.

Holding an MBA and a proven record of building trusted client partnerships, Izabela has worked with leading organizations throughout the security industry, helping commercial, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, education, and corporate clients develop customized security solutions that protect people, property, and business operations.

Throughout her career, she has successfully led complex security initiatives, supported national accounts, and developed long-term client relationships built on integrity, responsiveness, and measurable results.

Izabela is widely recognized for her commitment to advancing the security profession. She actively supports industry organizations dedicated to education, collaboration, and leadership development.

Her professional involvement includes serving with the ASIS NYC Chapter Women in Security Committee, where she helps promote mentorship, networking, and career advancement for security professionals. She also contributes to organizations such as CAI NJ, CUPSA NJ, BOMA, ISC East & West., supporting initiatives that strengthen communities through education, leadership, and public safety awareness, and CAI NJ Organization serving on the Membership Committee.
